Sofia Ahmad is a Certified Professional Chartered Accountant and a member of the Quebec CPA Order for over 20 years. She holds Bachelor and Post Graduate degrees in Commerce and Accountancy. She has worked in public and private practice in several large national and international organizations in various roles spanning management, controllership, planning, governance and process improvement.
Sofia is currently Senior Director, Assistant Controller at a national telecom company. She is also the Quebec chair of their student CPA training office and a member of the Diversity committee. Sofia is passionate about helping people change their condition through empowerment and education.
